[ODE] using ODE in commercial product

Hello,

probably it's a bit offtopic, but i ask for your help.
Can I use ODE in commercial product?
And can I modify it, and use modified version in commercial product?
Should I have to give source code of modified version??
Plz, someone, briefly tell me about this. ;)
I have read licences, but didn't understood them fully. :(

P.S. by commercial product I mean that it's not open-source.
