[ODE] Problem with linking projects with Visual C++

My final objective is to add ODE to one of my own projects (I want to 
simulate the movements of an industrial manipulator).  Before doing 
that, I wanted to run the projects (.dsp files) that are included in the 
VC6\Samples directory without using the MakeAllProjects.dsw workspace.  
I want to open the .dsp file directly with Visual C++ IDE and run the 
project, but I still can`t do that.
