[ODE] Compiling trimesh test code

Cheers all, yeah I needed to configure it to include the trimesh code - 
It's working now and I'm happily playing around. On a side issue, does 
anyone know how to get flat-ended cylinders working? Looking in the user 
guide, there's no creation function for it (yet), only the capped 
cylinder class - and capped cylinders make for rubbish hockey pucks.
