[ODE] ODE in Visual Studio 2003

Its late and I've had some beers but anyway, here's how I did it:

1. Edit your "user-settings" file in the ode\config\ directory. PLATFORM=msvc
2. Download make.exe to your \ode directory (I think one is still 
here:http://q12.org/ode/bin/make.exe)
3. Start a Visual Studio .NET Command prompt. (Availibly from the start 
meny). This will set up the enviroment.
4. MakeDir \ode\lib
5. Run make.exe from your \ode directory

Hmm.. Now you should have the ode.lib file in the \ode\lib directory, also 
test examples should had been compiled.

At this time you could manually copy the lib file and the header files to 
the appropiate visual studio directorys.. Then just link with ode.lib and 
include ode.h as normal.
