[ODE] How to change thread settings of ODE/OPCODE libs when usingmakefile ?

As with most of the times I post to a mailing list or forum, I find the answer
about 10 seconds afterward =\

Its done by modifying the makefile.msvc in config\ and not by providing a
switch to make.exe, so by adding in the requisite /ML, /MLd, /MT or /MTd to
C_FLAGS+=, the thread settings can be set quite easily.

As there's no switch present in the makefile.msvc anyway, it seemed odd to
me that it defaulted to multithreaded, but there you go.
