[ODE] Are accelerators really necessary?

Accelerators are the keyboard shortcuts for windows dialog boxes... as far
as I'm aware, the ODE demos are windows based (drawstuff, etc), so you're
not ever going to get them to compile or run under much else other than
Windows and VC...
