[ODE] Box stacking and ODE

At least one option is to use standard Step() instead of StepFast1() - at
least for me, Step() results in no jittering of box stacks, though
StepFast1() is of course much better for giant random piles of lots of geoms
(which'll make regular Step() quite unhappy).
