Not quite sure what you're asking - if you want the rotation speed of a wheel then you can get it from the magnitude of the wheel's angular velocity.
If the wheel's angular velocity is represented by a vector w, then get w's length (in radians/second) and divide by 2*PI giving you revolutions/second.
If you want your speed in RPM (revolutions per minute), then multiply by 60. The direction of the vector w represents the axis of rotation.
