[ODE] Where to find tutorials and examples/demos

I don't know of any tutorials, but for examples and demos, see the bottom
half of http://opende.sourceforge.net/community.html

Not all have source, but they at least show some of what's possible.  If
you want to play with source to explore the API, the sample apps that come
with the ODE distribution are a great place to start.  

If you run Windows and want to play with various objects and systems in an
ODE universe, [warning: shameless plug follows] try downloading Juice.  
It's basically a user interface to an ODE universe, plus some stuff to
motorize things.
