[ODE] ODE Compiling Problem

Dear Sir,

I have downloaded your latest ODE release and tried to
compile it using make.exe. But I get the following
error :-

D:\Temp\Direct~1\OPENDY~1\>make.exe

cl /nologo /DWIN32 /DMSVC /DSHAREDLIBEXPORT=
/DSHAREDLIBIMPORT= /DbDOUBLE /DbNODEBUG
/Feconfigurator.exe configurator.c

process_begin: CreateProcess((null), cl /nologo
/DWIN32 /DMSVC /DSHAREDLIBEXPORT= /DSHAREDLIBIMPORT=
/DbDOUBLE /DbNODEBUG /Feconfigurator.exe
configurator.c, ...) failed.

make (e=2): The system cannot find the file specified.

D:\Temp\Direct~1\OPENDY~1\make.exe:
***[configurator.exe] Error 2

These are my settings in the user-settings file

PLATFORM=msvc
PRECISION=DOUBLE
BUILD=release
WINDOWS16=0
#ODE_OLD_COLLISION=1

I get the same error when I use "PLATFORM=msvc-dll".
Please help.
