[ODE] TriMesh support and OPCODE added to ODE core

I sent out a message earlier to this effect, to try to save
people getting confused -- sourceforge's anon-cvs lags by
24h+ compared to the developers' cvs servers.  So there are
probably still several hours left until this last batch of
stuff can get to most people.
