[ODE] TriMesh support and OPCODE added to ODE core

The version of ODE containing all of these goodies hasn't
yet made it to SourceForge's anon-cvs servers (which run
24h+ behind).  It could take a while.

If anyone with non-anon access to ODE CVS could upload a
snapshot somewhere for impatient testers, that'd rock. ;)
