[ODE] jitter again

after 10 days of programming i still have major issues
with stacking and falling objects - anything that
falls jitters - and objects continue to spin even
after they should come to a stop

the code is all standard - the same as in the boxstack
demo

if i turn softCFM on then the block fall down through
the bottom plane completely SO i cannot try adjusting
CFM and ERP to soften the jitter

i am using the latest CVS

anyone has any guidance?
