[ODE] no box/trimesh collision, Unix only

How bizarre.  Could you regress CVS back to the start of
November and see if the problem was still there?  The prime
suspect would be the new bounding-boxes-for-trimeshes code,
but box/trimesh collisions *do* work for me using CVS HEAD
right now on unix.
