[ODE] BSP and ODE's collision system

One more thing, if I, instead of implementing a BSP collider or something like that, decide to use tri-collider,

a) the current version doesnt support tri-mesh collision with capped cylinder/sphere yet...CVS version works ?
b) i just read its limitations, im a little worried.

Since the project im workin on is essentially a small scale First Person Shooter engine, there has to be moving tri-meshes, moving capped cylinder (player) and other entities which need to have collision with the static world (at least). After reading these mails, Im quite baffled how to achieve it effectively. Please comment.
