[ODE] Performance & ODE

I was wondering if anyone has done any performance evaluations with ODE
in comparison to either Havok or MathEngine/Vortex? 

I was unable to get my code to run on Vortex due to some instability
problems so I can't compare there. Looking at the libraries of ODE, it
looks like there are fewer wrapper classes than in Vortex but that
probably wont affect performance that much.
