[ODE] Mac CFM Carbon update

Hello,

I've been out of the loop programming wise for the last little while 
but had some time this week to update the ODE Mac CFM Carbon contrib to 
build the latest CVS source, as well as fix some issues with updated 
Apple/Metrowerks headers.

An archive containing the updates can be downloaded here:

Changes required to update the CVS are below (whenever someone with CVS 
access can spare a moment):

Add:
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/ode_CW8.sit.bin
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/examples_CW8.sit.bin

Update:
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/README.txt
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/mac_source/CommonPrefix.h
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/mac_source/include/ode/Config.h
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/mac_source/drawstuff/src/mac_glut_carbon.cpp

Remove:
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/CW7_projects.sit.bin
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/mac_source/include/GL/
ode/contrib/Mac_CFMCarbon/mac_source/ode/

Last time I checked, Sourceforge won't let you stick a directory in the 
"Attic", but doing a remove on the contents should suffice.
