[ODE] Reset Failings

I've come across a problem that seems to be an issue...

I'm using a "reset" of my simulation the just sets position, orientation =
and velocity (linear and angular) to original values. This works great =
for two of my AI simulations (completely deterministic), unforetunately =
it fails one the third AI that makes use of dJointGetXXXXAngle. The =
angle isn't reset - I cannot(??) set it manually and it isn't changed =
until a simulation step is run.

I tried running a single "blank" simulation step (no world forces) when =
I reset the simulation. This unforetunately doesn't work (even makes the =
"stable" simulations run non-deterministically).
