[ODE] configurator not finding infinity on MSVC++ 6

I just updated from cvs HEAD, did a make clean and then a make configure, but
configure isn't able to figure out a suitable value for DINFINITY_DECL for some
reason ("can't determine dInfinity constant").  If I "hotwire" the configurator
to use the first definition it tries (HUGE_VAL), all of ODE compiles and most of
the tests seem to work.  Anybody else see this?
