[ODE] box-box collisions

You can think of it this way -- each contact point removes (or at least
restricts) a degree of freedom from the system.  Since the box can rotate
on three axes, you need at least three contact constraints in order to
have a stable face-face collision.  However as Marta said, more than three
would be redundant in most situtations.
