[ODE] High level graphics languages

There are numerous HLSL's (High Level Shader Languages) out there.
Probably the two that are garnering the most attention (right now) are
OpenGL 2.0 and nVidia's Cg (which, if you believe nVidia, will be cross
compatible with DX9 HLSL)..
