i did not find out how to increase the stack size with cygwin. but i compiled
the program on linux and there it works. i tried 100 buggys. no crash, but
simulation goes very slow, when all 100 buggys collide. when are the first THz
processors coming out?

does anyone know how to increase the stack size under cygwin? something like
gcc -Wl,--stack,4096 does not help.
