[ODE] joint friction

friction can be applied to ball and socket joints using the amotor joint -
again setting fmax=something and vel=0 for the three axes. note that this
is not as general as for the hinge and slider joints - for three free axes
there are many ways to derive three (or one or two) friction forces to get
various effects. the amotor joint will implement friction as though there
were three hinge-type linkages connecting the two bodies - but this
is different from what you would get if there was an actual ball fitting
into an actual socket, for example.
