Hi,

For a toolkit that relies on OpenGL for drawing, you could
use GLOW (http://www.ugcs.caltech.edu/~dazuma/glow/)
which looks really nice and clean.

By the way, there is a page that lists hundred of toolkits,
it may be worth having a look :
