[ODE] new ODE community page

hi all,

i have put up a new ODE community page:

right now this page is mainly a list of projects that use ODE, with
screenshots. i added links to four projects that i could remember - but
i've probably missed a bunch, so if you want a link to your project
added to this page, please email me the link. if you are feeling
especially helpful you could attach a (160 x something) JPEG screenshot
as well! note that if you're linked on this page and don't want to be,
i'm happy to remove links as well.
