[ODE] CVS repository available

A CVS repository for ODE has been set up. This is where you can get
the latest ("bleeding edge") source. Instructions for accessing the
repository are at:

   http://q12.org/ode/cvs.html

The repository can be browsed online at

   http://q12.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi

The  ODE snapshots directory will no longer be updated (it will be
removed at some point in the future).
