[ODE] porting ode / autoconf/automake

Hi
I am trying to port ODE to IRIX mipspro and perhaps later to solaris

To make life easier I started to use autoconf/automake/libtool
a first incomplete result is at:

there is still much todo

the current x11 version doesn't work - it seems to be a color depth problem
have to look at it
(perhaps i will add a SDL interface to drawstuff)

this mail is mainly intended to prevent duplicate work
