[ODE] bug?: a hinge2 joint to bodyID=0

that's because the hinge2 currently *requires* two bodies to attach to,
it cannot be attached to the static env. if you were using the debug
version of ODE you should get an error message pointing this out.
currently i have no plans to fix this, as hinge2 is all about
attaching wheels to vehicles.
